Ultimate Spending Guide
The best-value optional purchases, ranked from essential early unlocks to recurring hero and event deals.
Start here: use the official Top-Up Center
You can play, progress, and enjoy the game without spending any money. Donations are never required. If your budget allows and you want faster progress or a more comfortable experience, the purchases below offer the best value.
If you decide to spend, buy through the official Top-Up Center whenever it is available to you.
- It gives 5% extra vouchers to use on paid items in the game.
- Prices are shown in US dollars, which can work out cheaper for European players depending on the exchange rate and taxes.
- Direct-store prices are often lower because they avoid the Apple App Store or Google Play markup.
Prices and bundles can vary by platform, account, region, and event. Always check the final checkout total before paying. This guide is only for players who have already chosen to spend and want the best value.
Official store offer ranking
The combined catalogue below was verified across two commander catalogues in the official Top-Up Center on 6 September 2026. Together they contained 130 offer cards, resolving to 100 distinct content variants in 87 observed offer/price groups after exact duplicates and cross-catalogue overlap were merged. The staged Daily Sales cards are consolidated into one combined purchase path, leaving 84 observed-store entries. The player-confirmed Beta Research Dept (Research Queue 2) is included as an additional account-specific unlock, bringing the guide to 85 ranked entries.
Offers are ordered from the strongest value to the weakest known value. The rating prioritizes permanent account utility, unique rewards, targeted progression, the amount received, and a low cash commitment. It is a practical recommendation—not a made-up conversion of every item into dollars.
- S+ / S: exceptional long-term value.
- A+ / A: strong when the contents match your current goal.
- B: fair or conditional value; compare with the live in-game reward screen.
- C: basic currency conversion with no special advantage.
- Not rated: the store did not reveal enough contents—or exposed only internal placeholder names—for an honest comparison.
- Every purchasable card included the official-store 5% voucher bonus.
- The Limited First Purchase Reward banner was already marked Completed, so it is not counted as a buying option.
- Offers change with commander progress, purchase history, region, and events. Treat this as a dated snapshot and confirm the live card before paying.
Highest-value offers — ranks 1–40
Every major reward now has its own sortable column. Click up to three column headers to build a primary sort and two tie-breakers; numbered arrows show priority, and Reset sorting restores the value ranking. UR Shards shows hero-specific shards first and omni shards second. Standard Resource Chests are selectable: each pick gives 10,000 Food, 10,000 Metal, or 6,000 Oil. Resource chests marked Lv. scale with your Base level, so those columns show chest rarity and count instead of a misleading universal total. — means none appeared in the disclosed contents; Not disclosed means the store did not show enough contents to confirm a total.

Ranks 67–72 all have essentially the same Voucher conversion rate, and ranks 73–78 all have the same Diamond/VIP rate. Within each group, the smaller pack ranks higher only because it reaches the same efficiency with less money at risk. “Not rated” means insufficient evidence—not automatically poor value.
How to use the ranking
- Start with ranks 1–6, but skip a permanent queue if you will leave it idle.
- Choose one targeted A-tier pack that matches your current bottleneck; buying every specialist pack defeats their value.
- Time Build, Research, Training, and Hero items for the matching VS day so the same purchase also earns VS Points.
- Recalculate pass value from the complete recurring reward screen. The table can only compare what the Top-Up Center disclosed.
- Use direct Vouchers only for a purchase already planned. A larger denomination does not improve the ≈5% bonus rate.
- Never buy an unitemized offer from its title alone.

1. Monroe first-purchase offer — highest priority
Buy Monroe first. She is a key damage dealer for your first squad, and the first-purchase bundle gives a UR hero plus three days of bonus gifts for very little money. The example shown costs €1.09, making it the strongest early-game purchase in this guide.

2–4. Permanent growth slots
2. Second builder — must-have
The permanent second building queue lets you upgrade two buildings at once. At roughly €2 / $2 (the example shown is €2.19), it saves time every day and is the next essential purchase after Monroe.
3. Second technology research slot — must-have
A second research slot accelerates permanent account growth and lets you develop two technologies in parallel. It is one of the best long-term purchases available.
4. Builder queues 3 and 4
- Builder 3: strongly recommended and close to must-have if you plan to spend regularly. The permanent unlock shown costs $9.99 and its visible bonuses include 1,000 diamonds, 100 five-minute speedups, and resource chests.
- Builder 4: valuable, but more budget-dependent. Buy it if the extra queue will stay active and the price is comfortable for you.

5. Hero Pass
Hero Pass is one of the strongest recurring-value options. Choose a pass that matches the hero type used by your main squad. For a Warrior main squad, prioritize Warrior heroes such as Dirk or Arnold before heroes you will not use in Squad 1.
The verified €21.49 Premium Hero Pass includes 130 UR shards for the featured hero, 70 Recruit Cards, 35 hours of Speedups, 2,000 Diamonds, 10 SSR Hero EXP Chests, and 470 selectable Resource Chests. Those selectable chests are worth up to 4.7 million Food, 4.7 million Metal, or 2.82 million Oil if all picks go to one resource. This is exceptional recurring Hero Day value.
Use the hero shards and Recruit Cards on Thursday during Hero Training Day to earn a large amount of VS Points. Only buy a pass for a featured hero you genuinely plan to build.

Radar Pass — newly verified contents
The €21.49 Radar Pass Advanced Rewards screen confirms 2,000 Diamonds, 30 Recruit Cards, and 14 SSR Hero EXP Chests. It also shows 55 orange shard items, 2,400 blue card items, and one purple reward chest, but their exact names were not visible, so they remain explicitly unverified in the ranking.

Newly verified small packs and decoration value
The 7-Day Login Advanced Reward shown at €1.09 is strong only when you complete its reward track. Its visible maximum-level rewards include 250 Diamonds, 2 UR Omni Hero Shards, 2 Fighter Parts, and 15 hours of Speedups: 8 hours general, 2 hours each Build/Research/Training, and 12 × 5-minute general Speedups. The green chest and 200 blue card items are visible but not named, so the guide does not guess their identity.
The Weekly Intel screen also confirms the immediate rewards already listed for the Advanced Hero, Fighter, and Speedup Intel Weekly Passes, plus additional milestone rewards after target points are completed. Because several milestone icons are unnamed, only clearly identifiable totals are used in the sortable columns.
Tesla Tower is useful, not essential. Its visible Building Speed bonus rises from +5% at Lv.1 to +10% at Lv.2, +15% at Lv.3, and +25% at Lv.4, but the decoration is obtainable through other routes. The paid pack is therefore a convenience purchase, not premium-value progression. Mobile Fortress illustrates the same principle: its permanent Hero ATK bonus rises from 270 at Lv.1 to 540 at the next level, but continuing decoration upgrades require more materials or copies.

6. Supply Operation event pack
Supply Operation returns periodically, usually after several weeks. The highlighted 499-voucher pack (about $5) includes 500 diamonds, 16 Supply Tickets, and two supply chests.
Those 16 tickets immediately clear the first 15-ticket milestone, which awards 20 additional exchange tickets/items. That gives 36 event items in this reward path, which can be exchanged for valuable options such as 10 UR shards, base upgrades, and other event rewards. If the event shop contains something your main squad needs, this is a highly recommended small pack.
