How to become a minister

Minister bonuses

• Tactical Minister: Hospital Capacity +20% and Healing Speed +20%.
• Defense Minister: Soldier Training Limit +20% and Training Speed +20%.
• Construction Minister: Building Speed +50% and Technology Research Speed +25%.
• Research Minister: Technology Research Speed +50% and Building Speed +25%.
• Civil Minister: Food, Metal, and Oil Output +100%.

The one-minute rule

Each minister appointment currently lasts one minute on the server. Start every action that should receive the bonus while your appointment is still active. The action can finish later; it only needs to start during that minute. If you finish an action with speedups and want to begin another, the next action must also start before the appointment ends.

Construction Minister

Start constructing or upgrading a building during your minute to apply the construction bonus.

Research Minister

Start a technology research project during your minute to apply the research bonus.

Civil Minister

While the appointment is active, collect all Food, Metal, and Oil once. Then leave production uncollected until the resource storage is full. Do not collect again after the appointment expires, because the new production cycle will no longer have the +100% output bonus.

Defense Minister

Start training or promoting soldiers during your minute. You can use speedups to finish a batch and immediately start another, but every boosted batch must begin before the appointment ends.
